Burnhouse is a non-smoking cottage and no pets.
A cot and high chair are available on request at no extra charge.
The booking period is
from 4pm Saturday of arrival to 10am on Saturday of departure. Out with
the main holiday
period short breaks with other arrival and departure dates can be arranged.
A deposit of £80 per week is payable on booking with the balance due six weeks before arrival. The cottage is available for let all year.
Cancellation
If your cancellation is made 9 weeks before the start of the holiday, your deposit will be returned.
Cancellation between 6 and 9 weeks before the start of the holiday, your deposit will be kept.
Cancellation within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday the deposit
and balance will be kept but if the property can be let the balance will
be refunded.
It is recommended that Holiday Cancellation Insurance be purchased.
